1. Reservations & Payment
The shipping booking is considered confirmed upon payment of a 30% down payment. The remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to departure.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations by participants incur a 50% fee if made 14 days prior to the event, and a 100% fee if made 7 days prior. Apulia Trail reserves the right to cancel the event due to extreme weather, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Asuransi
Each participant is required to have personal travel and accident insurance. We are not liable for injuries resulting from participant negligence.
4. Behavior
Participants must follow the guide's instructions, maintain the cleanliness of the natural environment, and respect the local community.
5. Route Change
The organizers reserve the right to alter the route if conditions do not permit, in the interest of safety.
